Privacy Policy
Tactyx provides Counter-Strike performance and workflow tooling. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us if you need help with your data.
Who operates Tactyx
Tactyx is currently operated by its founder through a sole proprietorship registered in Poland under tax identification number (NIP) 9721324163.
If you need formal privacy or operator details during the launch phase, contact privacy@tactyx.pro.

Integrations and third parties
Tactyx may rely on infrastructure and software providers needed to run the service, including hosting, email delivery, observability, object storage, and connected platform APIs.
We only use integration data that is necessary to operate the product features you enable.
Storage and retention
We keep data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse or security events.
Where possible, we remove or anonymize data that is no longer needed.
Replay and match content
Replay-linked assets, match metadata, and derived analytics may be processed and stored to make Tactyx features available to you and to the teammates or coaches you intentionally share content with.
Public share links expose only the specific shared surface and not your full private account context.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and product data. No online system can promise absolute security, but we aim to reduce risk, limit access, and respond quickly when something goes wrong.
Your choices
You can contact us to:
- request access to the personal data we currently hold about you
- ask for correction or deletion where appropriate
- disconnect optional integrations
- report a privacy concern or suspected security issue
Use privacy@tactyx.pro for privacy matters or support@tactyx.pro for general product support.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure, or legal model evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
