To help us resolve issues faster, include:
- the email address on your Tactyx account
- a short description of the problem
- the page or feature involved
- timestamps, screenshots, or links when relevant
- any match, replay, or share-link identifiers if the issue is data-specific
Response expectations
We aim to reply within two business days, but response times may vary during launch, incident handling, or major release windows.
Security and privacy concerns
If you believe there is a security issue, an unauthorized access problem, or a privacy incident, contact privacy@tactyx.pro as soon as possible and include the relevant context.
Commercial model
Tactyx does not currently offer paid plans. If that changes, billing and account-support rules will be added before those plans go live.
