Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tactyx during the current launch phase.

Product status

Tactyx is currently offered as a launch-phase product without paid subscription plans.

We may introduce paid plans, new limits, or commercial features later. If that happens, we will update the relevant pricing and legal surfaces before those changes apply.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not create accounts for abuse, scraping, impersonation, or any activity that would interfere with the product or other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data
  • overload, probe, or disrupt the service
  • misuse integrations or public share surfaces
  • upload, share, or automate content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules
  • use Tactyx to harm other users, teams, or infrastructure

We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, other users, or connected platforms.

Integrations

Some Tactyx features rely on Steam, Discord, and other external services. Those integrations remain subject to the rules and availability of the relevant third-party platforms.

If an external platform changes, throttles, or disables an integration, parts of Tactyx may degrade or become unavailable until we adjust.

Beta and availability

Tactyx is still evolving. During this phase:

  • features may change
  • data processing pipelines may be adjusted
  • temporary outages or degraded functionality may happen

We aim for a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability during the launch phase.

Content and shared links

You retain responsibility for the content, account connections, and team workflows you choose to connect or share through Tactyx.

If you generate a public share link, treat it as intentionally shared content. Anyone with that link may be able to access the specific shared surface until you remove or revoke it.

Termination

You can stop using Tactyx at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product and business model evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
